Made appointment with receptionist who explained the process. Modern Auto Air would check for AC problem and provide estimate within hour. Received a courteous appointment reminder call 1 business day before appointment. Arrived at repair shop and found waiting area clean and comfortable. After 1 hour manager or owner came out and told me what they found and asked a few questions. She went back to the car and came back in about 10 minutes saying the Condenser fan had been accidentally unplugged probably at a recent maintenance visit back home in Illinois. I asked how much I owed and was told the repair was free. How about that!!?? Also when I was there a young lady stopped in and asked if an estimate done a year ago was still good.
